1. Account Eligibility & Registration

To use certain services, you must register and secure a user profile:

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate, current registration information.
• Each account is personal and cannot be shared or resold. Sharing access credentials will lead to immediate account termination without a refund.

2. Acceptable Conduct & Live Class Rules

To maintain a safe, respectful learning space during live classes, all users agree to the following:

• No spam, hate speech, or harassment in classroom chats.
• Students must not interrupt broadcasters or screen-share without authorization.
• Teachers are expected to deliver course material professionally and respectfully.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided — including recorded videos, curriculum content, documents, slide decks, and code exercises — are the intellectual property of Learners Academy or its respective instructors.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view course materials for your own educational development. You may not distribute, reproduce, or resell any course content.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Learners Academy's services and course materials are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee specific academic marks, career outcomes, or uninterrupted network uptime during live streaming classes.

In no event will Learners Academy be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform.
